A place to get phở in Plant City?! 😱 It’s about dang time! For the last decade that pH and I have been together (he grew up in the area and his mom still lives here), I’ve been wishing and waiting for more locally-owned restaurants to open and outnumber all the chain restaurants that dominate the area. There’s still a ways to go, but I’ll celebrate these wins where I can get them!
