A culinary standout in Conway. ✨

I finally made my way to @rivertownbistro for the first time, thanks to a Valentine’s Day giveaway with @linsfaircloth 💗

Instead of the holiday menu, I went for their signature dishes—and I’m already planning my next visit.

Here’s what I tried:

Clementine Cosmopolitan – Light, citrusy, and refreshing with the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness.

Our Old Fashioned – Smooth, oaky, and well-balanced with a Luxardo cherry and citrus bitterness.

Beef Short Rib Portabello – Fork-tender short rib over a hearty portabello, with tangy roasted pepper chow chow and a bold blue cheese cream.

Lowcountry Spring Roll Burger – Conway Burger Week 2024 winner! Juicy chicken and tasso patty, crispy wonton strips, and honey Dijon for the perfect crunch and flavor balance.

Yuzu Miso Glazed Salmon – Buttery, flavorful salmon with a sweet-tangy yuzu miso glaze, smoky bok choy, and sesame noodles. Hands-down my favorite dish of the night.
