This was my first visit to Aomori, and I was fortunate to find a great restaurant. The owner has a nearby winery and recommended various types of wine. The sea urchin appetizer was truly shocking; it was so fresh that it was still moving when I touched it, which really showcased the quality of Aomori. I definitely want to visit again.
