I visited on the second day of the three-day weekend, marking my first visit in seven years. I arrived around 6:15 AM to get a number ticket and was number 3. I wonder what time the first two arrived... I believe the usual opening time is 9 AM, but does it open earlier during busy periods? I hurried to Nishibashi Teuchi Udon and returned around 7:45 AM, relieved to be guided to a parking space in front of the restaurant.I ordered a small cold udon and a soft-boiled egg. The texture and flavor of the udon were excellent. It was very delicious. By the time I left, there was a long line forming. It was a great meal!
