NYC finally has a place for moo krata, the Thai tradition that brings hot pot and grill together at the same table.
At @unglo.nyc, copper pans set into granite hold bubbling broth around a raised grill, so meat sears in the center while vegetables and noodles simmer along the edges.
The set menus highlight wagyu, dry-aged beef, and seafood, with dipping sauces layered with spice and citrus. Dinner finishes with shaved ice, a refreshing way to cool down after the heat.
It is an experience made for sharing, best enjoyed with friends gathered around the table. Swipe through to see more from my last visit!
