@tradicionalenyc open it doors for the very first time with an unforgettable collab! 🇵🇭🙌🏻
The restaurant isn’t quite open yet, but they christened the space last weekend with their very first service. It was a special dinner featuring guest chef @tomccunanan, James Beard Award winner and formerly of DC’s Bad Saint, together with Chef Anton (@choybee).
They prepared a thoughtful 7-course tasting menu rooted in the Filipino flavors they grew up with. It was an incredible way to mark the beginning of what’s ahead for Tradicionale.
The restaurant’s soft opening begins Tuesday, 9/16. Chef Tom will also be back in NYC for another collab this weekend at Demo.
