@saint.urban just opened in Gramercy after relocating from upstate NY, and it’s such a cool concept!
Each month, they pick a wine region to highlight — and then build the entire menu around those wines. During my visit, the focus was on Côte de Beaune, and I did the Charlemagne pairing with the seven-course tasting plus the supplement. Everything felt really intentional, and the pacing of the meal gave the wines room to shine.
