Your weekend plans should definitely include @nudibranchnyc. 🙌🏻
It’s been a minute since I’ve had a proper dinner here, and it’s still just as great when I first visited.
Born as a pop-up in the thick of the pandemic, Nudibranch has since found a permanent home—and a loyal following—by doing things differently. The menu draws from Korean and Spanish traditions, but it’s less about fusion and more about freedom: bold, unexpected flavors that tell a story of curiosity, collaboration, and the city’s ever-evolving food scene. It’s inventive without trying too hard—and genuinely fun to eat! They offer a prix-fixe option as well as an a la carte menu.
