Originally from Korea, Motoishi recently opened its first New York location in NoMad. The menu centers around premium A5 Miyazaki wagyu and American wagyu, with the team grilling each cut tableside so you can simply sit back and enjoy the experience.
I also like that you can choose how you want to dine. Whether you go with one of their set menus or order à la carte, it’s an easy place to explore a variety of different cuts at your own pace.
