A night like this doesn’t come around often.
The @oriolechi x @bangkoksupperclubnyc collaboration brought together two exceptional teams, and the result was an evening that felt truly special from start to finish. Oriole is one of Chicago’s most celebrated fine dining restaurants, holding two Michelin stars and a James Beard Award, and watching their team work so naturally alongside the Bangkok Supper Club crew made the whole night feel effortless.
The food was outstanding, one course after another, and the non-alcoholic pairings were just as thoughtful and enjoyable as everything on the plate.
A big thank you to Chef Max for trusting me to document the evening in the kitchen and for letting me experience the incredible menu as well. And to the entire Oriole team, thank you for making this such an unforgettable night. Nights like this are exactly why I love what I do.
