The entire course featured a series of dishes that were incredibly delicate and flavorful. The cream soup with spiny lobster was truly shocking. It had a strong aroma of spiny lobster, yet the flavor was surprisingly gentle, creating a perfect marriage of richness, creaminess, and tenderness.The pan-seared madai (sea bream) was so tender that the flesh fell apart with just a touch of the knife, and it was astonishingly juicy. The sauce was light, allowing the fluffy madai to shine.For the main course, I had a filet steak, which had an excellent balance of fat and lean meat, and the meat was unbelievably tender.Overall, I enjoyed every dish without getting bored.
