I visited to try the stop system course that started at 8:40 PM.The skewers began with chicken breast, followed by tender Hōrō Hōrō chicken neck, heart, liver, tsukune, gizzards, and finished with a rare duck skewer.I also enjoyed some vegetable skewers in between. For the finale, I ordered additional simmered noodles and homemade pudding. What really impressed me was the Hōrō Hōrō chicken.I learned that it was sourced from Ibaraki Prefecture, and the sweetness of the skin and fat combined with the grilled texture was simply outstanding.I couldn't help but exclaim "Delicious!" after the first bite. Also, the tsukune was exceptional.Typically, tsukune served as yakitori can be dense and lose flavor due to excess fat, but this one had a light texture with a rich umami and fat content, making it the best I've had.I felt it was a perfectly balanced tsukune.I definitely want to visit this restaurant again.
