Lunch at @holy.smokesbarbecue

Found my new favourite BBQ spot in London this week! First of all the new Fireville Smash burger is stunning. Spiced in-house sauce, Double smash beef patties, American cheese, diced onions, romaine leaf and gherkin in a toasted brioche.
Pulled-rib Burger, Smoked short ribs, pulled, with house-made sauce, pickles, gem lettuce and American cheese in lightly toasted brioche.
This had so much flavour, delicious. Next up was the Brisket Slices, Sliced smoked brisket, 200 grams, served with sweet red chillies, a side of smoked BBQ sauce and a delicate sprinkle of Maldon salt for the perfect finish. This was incredible, some of the best brisket I've ever had, loved the sweet chilli's. And finally the 7ish Hours Smoked Short Ribs (400gm) British breed short ribs smoked for roughly 7 hours with a side of homemade pickled cucumber and coffee bbq sauce on the side. Wow this was insanely good. The bone just pulled out, so tender and the flavours were incredible. I'd definitely recommend check this place out people!!!
