Late night snack at Jasmino (ג׳סמינו), the last thing we ate in Israel before heading off to Jordan. It also was the first thing we ate when we landed the first night. We discovered this hole-in-the-wall by pure coincidence just from walking around our hotel on Allenby St in search of food. This place is always packed with locals throughout all hours of the day until they close at 2 AM. Late night snack at Jasmino (ג׳סמינו), the last thing we ate in Israel before heading off to Jordan. It also was the first thing we ate when we landed the first night. We discovered this hole-in-the-wall by pure coincidence just from walking around our hotel on Allenby St in search of food. This place is always packed with locals throughout all hours of the day until they close at 2 AM. There's only 1 thing to order - simple, yet sensational, charcoal grilled protein options (kebabs, chicken, housemade sausage, and spicy veal heart) in pita bread with salad, hot peppers, grilled onions, and tahini. If we were locals, we would come here all the time.
