We ate REAL GOOD over the weekend, thanks to @EatGangchu (hosted), and I’m so thrilled to see this spot thriving under new ownership and completely revamped recipes. 😍 If the last time you visited Gangchu was before August, you MUST give it another chance. Truly, every single dish we had was deliciously authentic, but if I had to narrow down a lineup for your next visit, it’d 100% be:
