This restaurant started in India as a food cart and it’s an international franchise nowadays.

It’s a fully vegetarian restaurant with non garlic, non ginger and non onion if requested.

I obviously had my food with all the spices and boy I was impressed with the flavor and the fresh bread.

They make the loaf for this sandwich in-house and it makes all the difference. I couldn’t stop eating the bread… it was addicting!

Now imagine this perfect bread with 4 layers of flavors and textures and the best part, because the ingredients are so fresh I pretty much ate the entire sandwich without feeling overly full or lethargic.

I also have to highlight how much flavor it had without using any animal protein or high end ingredients.

DELICIOUS!
