Dinner at 新光酒家方亮蟹宴

Xinguang Jiu Jia is THE place to go for hairy crab in Shanghai. They average 800 pounds of crab meat a day and they've been operating this way since 1991. I can't imagine the effort needed to prepare our meal as everything was served to us ready to eat. There must've been at least 100 crabs sacrificed for all the various plates of different crab parts. I think we've all hit our crab quota for an entire year after this. ?
