Finally having some Shanghai xiao long bao (soup dumplings), a specialty in this city. Jia Jia Tang Bao is the classic place for locals and tourists to visit. It's a hole-in-the-wall with long lines, limited table space, and a small army of workers behind a glass window constantly churning out dumplings.

Conveniently located across the street is another institutional spot famous for their Sheng Jian Bao (pan-fried steamed buns) called Yang's Fry Dumpling. The perfect lunch combo!
