Dinner at Ginger & Scallion

No more Hainanese chicken and rice @ginger.scallion. Now the menu is all Khao Soi, all the time. The Thai curry broth is a bright, bracing delight, packed with egg noodles and garnished with red onion and pickled mustard greens. Options include beef, lamb, goat, and tofu. Today, I had lamb shank. Can't wait to try the others.
