@sapienslima 💫 a concept from @jaimepesaque opened its doors just a couple of months ago and it’s 🔥. Under the leadership of @sergio_sapienslima it offers a very focused cuisine around the fire 🔥 that showcases the purity of the products. Each one is treated with different woods 🪵 and herbs 🌿 to enhance each particular ingredients and techniques. Truly fantastic evening 🙌
