No Rome visit without a feast in SantoPalato! Veal tendon salad, oxtail meatball with cocoa powder and a peanut + celery sauce, amatriciana, a gigantic carbonara (check my IGTV for the recipe!), pork neck and a special maritozzo con la panna! 🙌❤️

Desserts were their signature Brioche con crema Chantilly (Brioche with Chantilly cream) and daily special berry tart. The brioche is made with charred wheat grain and green pepper which explained the grayish color inside and quite sour in taste. The tart had a good crust, a simple but good finish
