Turns out Flaco's (our favorite nighttime spot for al pastor tacos) is open for breakfast under the name Aviña. Flaco's elder sister (last name Aviña) and father opens up the stand in the mornings and sells juices and tortas. Delicious toasted buns with slow-cooked pork leg, ham, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. And a side of freshly squeezed orange juice. Yum!
