Sopa for the soul at @tia.marias.kitchen , espressochata for the win.

The menu at this big hearted Honduran restaurant is extensive, plus many specials, but this sopa de pollo consistently calls my name, and I love the espresso-horchata blend.

“Where eating is a pleasure” — the motto at @tia.marias.kitchen rings true with the incredible Honduran fried chicken for this pollo con tajadas and tasty catrachitas too (like loaded tostadas).

It’s also a pleasure having such richly diverse cultures in our community, and in tense times a little support may go a lot further — it’s great to see people turning up.
