@imperialdelhi in Delhi isn't just a grand old hotel, it's a proper food and drink destination. Spice Route took seven years to build, murals and carvings telling the story of the old spice trade, food to match. Patiala Peg is a dark, moody little bar named after the legendary 120 ml pour. 1911 Bar does cocktails with a bit of theatre. Next door at 1911 Restaurant we sat at Table 13, Gandhi's table whenever he dined here. Quiet moment, serious history.
