The bright, exciting flavor combinations that can be found in Filipino cuisine are on full display at Carabao in Napa. Chef Jade Cunningham and her husband Mathew Cunningham, both French Laundry alums, create a flawless dining experience featuring such dishes as deviled eggs, Filipino-inspired tacos, brisket and short rib in a flavor-packed broth, Hamachi collar and for dessert layered meringues and cassava cake.
