Nestled along the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway, @357rawcoastalbar has officially claimed its spot as Myrtle Beach’s newest must-visit. From the moment I walked in, I could sense the vision behind the space - coastal elegance with just the right hint of laid-back charm.

The first bite? Crispy calamari ($18), served with both lemon aioli and a Thai chili sauce that lingered just enough to make me want more. Then came the Shrimp & Basil Flatbread ($18), featuring plump, buttery shrimp that tasted like they were pulled straight from the sea, wrapped in a rich basil garlic sauce and creamy mozzarella. But the standout for me? Seared salmon with jumbo shrimp ($38), crowned with a luscious lemon mascarpone cream sauce. Although the menu promised orzo and the rice was slightly underdone - the flavors of the seafood were so fresh, I barely minded.

I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu because this is just the beginning of what 357 Raw has to offer.
