One word to BEST describe Minari is IMPRESSIVE! From the moment you walk in their doors—you’re greeted by sultry red lights, a stunning bar area, beautiful artwork, a spacious dining room, tons of natural light + greenery 🌿 & a perfectly curated Sunday brunch menu of snacks, plates, accompaniments, & brunch cocktails w/ NA options! I’ve been here for dinner a few times, brunch, and now Dim Sundays — I can officially say this was my MOST MEMORABLE and TASTIEST experience to date!

I am always in the mood for their flavor-forward DIM SUM, DUMPLINGS, & EAST ASIAN FLAVOR-INSPIRED dishes! This HOT SPOT in town is a destination for Sunday dim sum during brunch service 10am-2pm and resuming during dinner, creating a truly immersive experience using unique third culture cooking in the Twin Cities—that you can’t find anywhere else in town. The restaurant’s ambiance, culinary creativity, and hospitality repeatedly make it a TOP TIER dining experience!!! 🌈🥟🌈🥟

☑️My favorite dim sim/dumplings are the fried spring roll, honey butter toast, pineapple bun, mochi biscuit + the Szechuan ribs & then on the dumplings side — obsessed w/ the squid ink, shrimp + fennel, & the pearl meatballs. DON’T SKIP the French toast, cream cheese wontons, BLT Gimbap, crispy hashbrowns or scrambled eggs 🍳 w/ pork belly. Make your dim sum Sunday reservation ASAP! Can’t wait to go back soon 💁🏻‍♀️.
