Foodle Reviews
Al Fassia is an institutional Moroccan restaurant in Marrakech, established back in 1985. It literally translates to “the woman from Fez”, so it’s no surprise that the store is run entirely by women from the same family (the Chaab sisters). The food here is superb, especially the pigeon pastilla (crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside). It was like a cultural awakening for the taste buds.
