Samurai Blue will always have a fond place in my heart, because their original location in Ybor was where pH and I went on one of our first dates almost 11 years ago. 🖤

We so rarely go to Ybor City these days, so it’s nice to have their cozy, more low-key location in Carrollwood — the interior is stunning and the menu is just as good! Samurai Blue was the first sushi spot in Tampa to offer crispy rice on their menu and it’s still my favorite — it’s actually crispy lol.
