The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua Kapalua

It was a night of culinary magic at the Kapalua Wine & Chef Series.

We had the pleasure of hosting Michelin-starred Chef Andrew Yeo, whose journey from Singapore to London has shaped a masterful global palate, and Steve and Sam Pride of Pride Mountain Vineyards, whose wines have graced the White House over 30 times.

Highlights included handcrafted dim sum, Peking duck gateau, and Iberico pork char siu — all paired with Viognier, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Syrah from Pride Mountain.

When great food and wine come together, so does great company — through laughter, conversation, and a shared appreciation for the art of dining.
