Madam Khanh of Hoi An, the undisputed Banh Mi Queen. For us, this spot was our favorite for bánh mì in Vietnam. There’s just one option. You go up and they serve you a sandwich loaded with all kinds of toppings. Everything tasted just perfect, the exact way it should taste. Madam Khanh herself still works everyday, but is slowly training her family to take over in the future. ?
