Phở 10 Lý Quốc Sư is a place recommended by every foodie and on every "top pho" list. It was exactly as we had hoped... $1.50 for a delicious and extremely satisfying bowl of beef pho and a side plate of Quẩy (similar to fried Chinese doughnut). The broth here was very flavorful without being too oily; the noodles had the perfect chewy texture; and the beef was tender. Can’t beat pho at this value!
