🌟🍔🍻 #WeekendAdventures 🌟🍔🍻 Yesterday, we made second trips to two places with Mrs. Grubber’s dream menu: @vickeryburgerbar in Cumming and @moondogpubandgrub in Chamblee. I was a little surprised she chose the latter for the night as she loves her same staple items at both.

📸 All pics from Vickery. Found my favorite Italian beef in metro! 🇮🇹🐮 I’ve had two in Chicago (Mr. Beef and Portillo’s), one in Carbondale, so I know the authentic ones. Only complaint, of course, I’d like more meat. Items FedExed from ChiTown, this is legit. 🚚🌟

🔔 Reminder: My oldest lives in Madison, WI, so I’ve had cheese curds more than 20 times in Wiscky, including the famed The Old Fashioned. The two places we went Saturday are my top two. Vickery has a really good garlic sauce served with it. 🧀🧄

🍽️ Moondog re-affirmed it’s Mrs. Grub’s favorite fried pickles and she is the top expert in the state on such. But she’s also a big fan of the fried pickle spears at Vickery as well. Gurrrl, the headline for me at Moondog last night is their pimento cheese also is probably my tops. 🥒🧀 They are two of her favorite beer pretzels. Good day for regional American grub. 🇺🇸✨

🥒🔥 Fried pickles? Son & wife inhaled them before I could snap a pic! 😆 Served as spears, crisp breading stayed on perfectly. ✅ Crisp outside, soft inside. All in all, Vickery Burger first visit was 🔥very promising.
