More than the dishes themselves, which are hardly understandable due to the lighting, I wanted to point out the beautiful concept of last night's dinner by @cibreo_firenze to open the 2024 @pittitaste Fair.
"Painting a Dinner" as an homage to colors: each dish was monochromatic and paired with a color matching cocktail.
