@maruichiudon is a made-to-order open kitchen Udon store. They offer handcrafted Japanese noodles and tempura & insist on using fresh and healthy ingredients. This fast casual spot allows you to order your Udon + Rice bowls right when you walk in their doors as they prepare it fresh and then on the food line you grab any appetizers, tempura 🍤 veggies, sushi 🍣 tacos 🌮, & omusabi! @maruichiudon opened in April 2025 a few months ago in Eden Prairie and they are a great addition to this community in the suburbs! The udon noodles are fresh pulled daily 🙌🏻.

They also offer boba 🧋 + fruit tea drinks, an aesthetic pleasing dining room with pretty Japanese artwork, as well as an outdoor patio! My favorite dishes were the Tonkatsu Udon, shrimp tempura tacos, & the Gyu Don sweet beef rice 🍚 bowl was killer!! I loved everything I tried with the sweet beef! Definitely go support this tasty newer spot in town.
