La Sqala Casablanca

Having traditional Moroccan breakfast at La Sqala in Casablanca before we leave the city. With a rustic interior and stunning garden full of beautiful flowers, this restaurant is a haven of tranquility tucked into the ocher walls of an 18th-century fortified bastion. It was very cool to watch the cooks freshly prepare everything in the courtyard outside too.

The breakfast set comes with a delicious mixture of Moroccan pastries including pancakes, a donut and fresh flatbread served with Amlou, argan/olive oil, honey, cotton cheese, jam and fresh olives.
