@rootstalkbreck: One of the best meals I’ve had this year. Thoughtful, precise, comforting and delivered with engaging hospitality in an intimate and unique setting (a century-old home in Breckenridge). Strong recommend.

@michelinguide is expanding to include all of Colorado* in 2026, and @rootstalkbreck is a no-brainer for recognition.

1) Oscietra caviar and egg salad on brioche
2) Chicken liver mousse with Colorado cherry mostarda on almond financier

3) Cavatelli with local corn and chanterelle mushrooms and Australian summer truffles
4) NY strip (Colorado beef) and morels in a sublime jus
5) Charmed, I’m sure (62-degrees summer nights)

*I’m no Colorado expert, but, duh.
