Modern Spanish cuisine run by a couple who previously worked with Albert Adrià in Barcelona. The rice dishes looked interesting, but we decided to stick with tapas for the evening. Highlights included the croquetas de jamón served with a slice of melon marinated in Jerez, grilled sweetbreads seasoned with Middle Eastern spices, and the patatas bravas.
