Dinner at Takara Zushi Bunten (宝寿司分店)

This was my second visit to Takara Zushi Bunten.I brought along Taiheizan "Tsuzuki" and white wine.In conclusion, the sushi was outstanding and the cost performance was excellent—truly delicious!The course began with a delightful conversation with the chef.- Mozuku (seaweed)- Grilled Edamame- Spear Squid & Sea Urchin (with salt)- Salmon & Salmon Roe- Horse Mackerel- Mackerel- Warabi (bracken fern) Salad- Tonburi (water plant seeds)- Negitoro (minced fatty tuna with green onions)- (Classic) Octopus...
