Txispa 2nd visit. I was impressed the first time by how original the dishes were and this time the experience delivered by Maeda san was even more elevated. The beef tongue was the best I’ve had this year, while the prawn and steak were arguably on par with if not better than the place next door. Only draw back is the somewhat limited wine list but of course it takes time to build a cellar. Definitely a rising star @tetsuro_tetxubarri •
