I visited Yakitori Mizuki.A friend recommended it, so I decided to check it out!This time, I ordered the:* Chef's Omakase Course - JPY 5,500Recently, I've had the chance to try Awami chicken quite a few times, and it’s truly delicious!Personally, I found it easier to eat than Nagoya Cochin, as it has a nice texture without being too chewy.The first dish was the chicken breast, which was moist and left a great first impression.Not only did they serve skewers, but they also included side dishes, making the experience enjoyable and engaging until the very end.Although it’s not chicken, the standout for me was the Kinka pork negima.It was juicy and flavorful, and I really loved that dish!The tsukune was seasoned with salt, and you could really enjoy the firm texture that comes from the coarsely ground meat. It was a bit different from the tsukune I usually have, and it was delicious as well.For the finale, I could choose from several options, so I went with the chicken soboro TKG.By this point, I was quite full, but I couldn’t resist the deliciousness of the chicken soboro and finished it all!They also served pistachio ice cream, which was a delightful end to the meal.Everything was delicious!It was a great meal!
