Last week on Friday night, I had one of the most memorable meals this last year @pssteak located in Minneapolis right outside the Loring Park area across from The Walker Art Center! This modern ELEVATED steakhouse offers a nice variety including a seasonal menu of dry aged steaks 🥩, seafood 🍤, appetizers shareables, salads, entrees, delicious sides, & unique enhancements plus creative craft cocktails & wine!

First off, the 100 year old building where @pssteak resides is absolutely STUNNING from the dining room areas to the bars, & lounge! The ambiance, atmosphere, & mood is cozy, dark-lit, moody, and simply beautiful!
☑️Some standouts dishes I had were the P.S. Steak Trio (Shoulder, Denver, & Manhattan steaks), hashbrowns + aliot cheesy potatoes, the carrots/roasted squash, cheese board, + the dry aged meatballs! WOW, 😋😋so yummy!
