🍲 Tried the Ghalye Mahi — a saffron-herb salmon stew. Salmon was a touch dry, but the stew itself? Flavor bomb. Been deep in my Persian food era lately, and I might need to dig through my notes to recall where I recently had that red lentil soup. This one was simply called “lentin” — spicier than usual and closer to the red lentil style I love.

Wife went with her go-to: chicken kabob. Solid choice. A few minor service hiccups, but nothing deal-breaking.

Not ready to crown it king over #Yalda, #RumisKitchen, or #Chelo just yet… but the potential is real. Definitely worth a return trip. 💯
