The menu is built around local farms and peak ingredients — each dish layered with bold acidity, warm spice, and subtle nods to Asian flavors, all signature Jean-Georges.

The space itself mirrors the food: warm, natural, and thoughtfully composed. Wood, candlelight, and quiet energy set the stage for a meal that feels rooted and elevated at once.
