We were lucky enough to have Chef Hori-san personally present a rare cut of Masunosuke (king salmon) nigiri β a fish known for its incredible migration from Alaska to Hokkaido and prized for its rich, buttery flavor. It was a small but meaningful moment that speaks to the care behind every dish. Katami makes every dinner feel like a special occasion, and it continues to be one of our go-tos.
