Stopped by the newly opened @indigo_indiannyc in #HellsKitchen and had one of the best Indian meals of the year! Their menu features a number of regional Indian classics and the use of their tandoor oven. We loved how tender and flavorful their proteins were, and the staff were so incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable!
