The brisket is probably the best in DFW. That fat on it melts right in yo mouth. It does get cold fast so don’t wait to eat when you get it. We got the 1 pound and it was more than enough for 3 people.

Now the sides - Mac and cheese was really flavorful but the tallow fries were very disappointing. They were mostly cold and didn’t taste fresh..
