Travel for food, all the way to Akita this time — 日本料理たかむら Takamura, one of the highest ranked washoku restaurants in Japan. All the dishes were well prepared and delicious although I was hoping to see a bit more magic given the high reputation. Nonetheless an amazing meal with some interesting sake selection
