Pop up by Izuku いづく Chef at Amorphous as the original restaurant is temporarily(?) closed. My reservation at Izuku last year was cancelled due to the “incident” so I was eager to try the pop up. Overall the meal was well prepared but nothing super special from the ingredients to seasoning to execution to wine/sake pairing. Will probably give it another try once the original restaurant reopens.•
