Run by master Motoki Matsunaga, who trained in French cuisine before learning how to make ramen on his own. He now runs a handful of shops in the Kansai region, including his flagship Menroku in Osaka, open since 2016. Like the flagship, this Kyoto shop specializes in duck ramen, served via a light, clear soup. The stock is made from fresh Kisshü brand ducks from Wakayama prefecture, which are sourced directly from the farm and arrive within 24 hours.
